He is a B.tech in Civil Engineering with an MBA and has vast experience in the field of Real Estate development and Mortgages. He has immense experience in identifying and executing large turnkey projects by way of his real time work experience with large corporate houses. He was the Zonal Head for the real estate/construction division of the Times of India group, namely artha property. He has rich experience in executing large scale projects with volumes in excess of 1000 crores during his stint with Artha. He has rich experience in legal, technical and regulatory mechanisms of property/ real estate projects by way of his rich work experience with the Housing Loan divisions of HDFC Ltd and ICICI Bank Ltd. He was the Area Head – Credit at ICICI Bank ltd in the mortgages Business which gave him an exalted view of the most of the real estate projects in Chennai and its suburbs, namely the size, scale, price, legal, technical and other aspects.
Chartered Accountant
He is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience with some of the largest names in the Indian corporate sector, namely sundaram finance, ICICI Bank Ltd and Artha Property. He was one of the founding directors of Artha property and was instrumental in starting the company and making it into a brand worth 3000 crores. He had identified and commenced large projects on behalf of Artha , namely “Artha One World”, Artha Royal Gardenia “ and “Artha Meadows “ He was the Zonal head of ICICI Bank Ltd’s Mortgage division formerly and has profound knowledge of the property business on the legal , technical and compliance front.. He is held in high esteem as the prime mentor for the entire construction business undertaken by us.
B-TECH
He is a B.tech graduate with over 12 years of experience in the field of construction with reputed names like CCCL Ltd, BL Kashyap and Allied investment & housing Pvt Ltd. He was the principal in- charge of the construction of the first Phase of “Shriram Gateway SEZ” Perungalathur on behalf of BL Kashyap. Further, he played a vital role in the execution of “Thamarai Tech Park” IT SEZ at guindy on behalf of CCCL Ltd. He has in-depth knowledge of execution of both large and medium scale constructions. He is adept at planning and also has profound knowledge of estimation & costing as well as design of reinforced concrete structures.
